Our latest publication evaluates the use of SWOTT toolkits to help create a more critically reflective culture. We recommend having a session (or more) to train the people who will be delivering SWOTT. One manager said ‘the ‘Train the trainer’ model, starting with 10 managers was really crucial, it meant that it wasn’t like traditional training, it was something that was face-to face. It gave everyone buy-in and everyone could have their say.’
